This will require an online membership fee of 19.99 a month which includes:
- stored videos for viewing at anytime
- the ability for you to receive custom meal plans online
- workout routines
Videos will be in High Definition. Focus on form, some will be live and interactive. You will be able to choose from BOSU ball, dumbbells, exercise ball, or even without equipment depending on what you have available to you.
