I was very unhappy with my weight and body shape.  I had tried at-home exercising and diet plans and they worked briefly, but I always returned to my old ways of eating and laziness.  I began training with George in Nov. of 2003. At that time I was 161.5 pounds.  My habit of over eating and eating the wrong things still continued.  When I would follow the advice of my
trainer, George, (eating right, drinking lots of water) I would see the weight pour off.  However, I'm not a very disciplined person, so my progress has been slow - in spite of my personal sabotage - with the help of  George - 5 days per week, 30 min a day of exercise - I'm now down to 130 pounds.  Wow!  I feel great and look much better.  I plan to continue my training even when I reach my goal of 120 pounds.  I have set goals along the way, and after accomplishing them became more encouraged and enthused to keep going.  I know without the help of Fit Bodies Unlimited this would not have been possible and without continuing, it won't last, at
least for me.

George has really changed my life.  During the last months of my collegiate experience, I had the opportunity to be trained by him.  He not only helped me loose an excess of 15lbs, he helped me improve my self-esteem and my life.  Training with George was a wonderful experience.
During the past few years, I indulged in a number of failed weight loss schemes.  When I first met George I had little hope of actually achieving my weight loss goal.  Within my first month of working out with George I began to see and feel a great difference.  I was developing greater muscle mass, and consistently decreasing fat.
Although I relocated some months ago, I am so grateful for the time spent training with George.  He helped me to develop healthy eating habits, enhanced my muscle mass, and successfully loose weight while having fun.

Training with George has added a new dimension of awareness in my life. I am conscious of better muscle strength and more energy. I am more enthusiastic about walking because I see the positive results in my attitude toward life issues.
As a personal trainer, George is sensitive to the individual needs of clients and he is intentional about creating good relationships.
